Qualifications include a GED/HS diploma, 2–4 years in mortgage servicing or loss mitigation, and experience with GSE loss mitigation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of mortgage servicing or loss mitigation experience.
• GSE loss mitigation experience (FHLMC/FNMA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of mortgage loans that are 90+ days delinquent and work toward loss mitigation options.
• Serve as SPOC for assigned accounts, including high‑risk and specialty cases.
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls with customers, attorneys, realtors, and other authorized parties.
• Analyze financial information to determine eligibility for loss mitigation options and recommend solutions.
• Review title searches to ensure lien integrity and compliance with investor guidelines.
• Maintain daily reports and account statuses; support team performance metrics.
