Job summary

Selene Holdings is seeking a Loss Mitigation Specialist to act as the single point of contact for a portfolio of non‑performing assets, contacting borrowers and negotiating loss mitigation options to minimize foreclosure losses.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, assess financials, and recommend appropriate strategies while ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines. This is an on‑site role with a team‑oriented environment and a focus on accuracy and customer communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two to four years related experience and/or training.
• GSE loss mitigation experience preferred, with focus on FHLMC and FNMA loss mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Act as SPOC for a portfolio of 90+ day delinquent loans and negotiate loss mitigation.
• Receive inbound and make outbound calls educating borrowers on options.
• Analyze financial situations and initiate appropriate loss mitigation tools.
• Review title searches to ensure investor lien standing.
