American Heritage Credit Union is seeking a Member Solutions Representative to manage delinquent loan accounts and pursue timely payments. The role involves outbound calls, documenting activity, and applying payments to balances while maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in collections, strong communication, and MS Office proficiency. Spanish language skills are a plus; competitive benefits package provided.

Qualificações

• Prior experience in collection or financial services is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel) and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up on delinquent accounts by phone and mail to determine reasons and develop repayment plans.
• Notify co-signers and log all activity in the recovery system.
• Apply loan payments to delinquent loans and coordinate with recovery companies to secure collateral.
