Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; six months experience in payment collections or general office procedures.

Responsibilities

• Sends text messages, mails notices to customers to encourage payment on delinquent accounts.
• Confers with customers by text or phone to determine reasons for overdue payments and review contract terms.
• Documents all correspondence with customers concerning accounts.
• Receives payments and posts amounts to accounts.
• Maintains and balances assigned cash drawer and secures it when unattended.
