Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; six months experience in payment collections or general office procedures.
• Must possess and maintain a valid State Driver’s License.
• Ability to travel to customers’ homes and assist with repossessions if needed with approval.

Responsibilities

• Sends text messages, mails form letters and late notices to encourage payment.
• Confers with customers by text or phone to review terms and collect due payments.
• Documents all correspondence and attempts to collect on accounts.
