• Take calls or meet with members needing delinquency assistance to recover assets.
• Supervise department staff to improve productivity and effectiveness.
• Provide financial counseling to members and outside agencies.
• Identify improvement areas in existing programs and ensure staff training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain credit reporting updates.
