Responsibilities

• Review daily delinquency and queue volume and identify issues causing accounts to be past due.
• Communicate clearly with members about past due payments and create resolutions for delinquent accounts.
• Review and submit actions for repossession and legals as needed.
• Identify skip payments, refinancing, and re-aging when appropriate.
• Report suspicious accounts and provide resources such as financial education and counseling.
• Collaborate with internal teams from collections to ensure proper handling of accounts.
• Document all actions and results in the collection system and maintain accurate records.
