Job summary

Levo Federal Credit Union seeks a Leader for Recovery Services to oversee staff and activities, ensuring collection policies meet regulatory and organizational needs. You will supervise two staff, guide delinquency management, and coordinate with attorneys and agencies to protect member interests.

You will prepare monthly reports, maintain NCUA data, and drive continuous improvement in recovery processes while coaching your team for high performance and member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education/experience: Associate's degree or 3–5 years related experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret business materials and regulations.
• Ability to write reports and present information to managers and staff.
• Strong mathematical skills for delinquency analytics and audit support.
• Proficient in using CRM/contact management, spreadsheets, and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all staff and activities of the Recovery Services department.
• Ensures collection policies comply with regulations and credit union policy.
• Prepares monthly delinquency, charge-off, and collections reports.
• Maintains bankruptcy records and NCUA Call Report data.
• Reviews and audits delinquency, charge-off processes and reserves.
• Coordinates with attorneys, agencies, and trustees for collections actions.
• Manages budget and supervises department personnel.
• Provides coaching to staff to ensure performance and member satisfaction.
