• Take calls or meet members to recover delinquent obligations and recover assets.
• Supervise department staff to improve productivity and compliance.
• Provide financial counseling to members and external agencies.
• Identify program improvements and train staff accordingly.
• Perform other duties as assigned and maintain BSA compliance.
• Complete required Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor courses.
