Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts by mail, phone, and email.
• Determine reasons for overdue payments and review loan terms for default requirements.
• Advise customers on actions and develop repayment plans.
• Record customer financial status and collection efforts in the system.
• Process loan payments, transfers, and wires.
• Prepare documents for recourse actions (foreclosure, repossession, etc.).
• Send notices per policy and procedures.
• Adhere to Code of Conduct and bank policies.
