• Locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts by mail, telephone, and email.
• Determine reasons for overdue payments and review loan terms.
• Advise on actions and develop repayment strategies.
• Record financial status and collection efforts in the loan system.
• Process payments, transfers, and wires on the same day.
• Prepare documents for recourse actions when needed.
• Ensure compliance with Code of Conduct and bank policies.
