Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services, Inc (SFS) is seeking a collections specialist to handle delinquent auto loan accounts in a fast-paced environment. You will contact customers by phone, determine delinquency reasons, and document all interactions while offering programs to reduce delinquencies and ensure compliance with policies.

Must have at least 2 years of collection experience and a High School Diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of collection experience
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Overtime required on an as-needed basis
• Travel up to 10% as required
• Must live within commutable distance to one of the listed cities including Phoenix, AZ

Responsibilities

• Contact customers by phone to collect current and past-due payments and determine delinquency reasons
• Verify account holder identity and follow safeguards on every call
• Document conversations and payment arrangements in the collection system
• Offer programs to minimize delinquency and extend due dates when appropriate
• Coordinate with customers to resolve delinquent accounts and meet production goals
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and FDCPA and applicable laws
