Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up on delinquent accounts by phone, text, mail, or email as needed.
• Assess member financial situations and arrange payment plans or actions.
• Advise on debt repayment strategies and review contract terms with members.
• Work with management to address trends affecting delinquent/charged-off loans.
• Maintain accurate records of all collections activity in the core system.
