Recovery Monitoring Solutions LLC is seeking a detail-oriented collector to support the delinquency recovery process in the United States. The role involves reviewing client financial documents, accounts and reports, interpreting data, and documenting collection activities for stakeholders.

You will contact clients by phone or email to update statuses and drive decisions to final resolution. Qualified candidates have at least six months of collections experience and strong computer skills

Qualifications

• At least six (6) months of experience in collections.
• Adequate computer skills including typing, database management and data entry.
• Ability to review, examine and verify client financial documents, reports and accounts.

Responsabilités

• Review, examine, and verify client financial documents, reports and accounts.
• Review client accounts and associated reports, interpret accounting data and report delinquencies to stakeholders.
• Contact clients via phone/email regarding status of delinquent accounts and provide timely follow-up through final resolution.
• Prepare reports as needed by Billing & Collections Manager.
• Document collection activities and reporting of delinquencies to stakeholders.
