• Manage an assigned queue of past-due accounts (less than 60 days past due) and make routine collection calls.
• Provide credit information and cross-sell services in line with policy.
• Comply with all applicable laws and internal controls.
• Prepare collection letters and maintain accurate records of collection efforts.
