Job summary

Qualifications

• One year to three years of similar or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Contacts delinquent accounts by phone and mail to pursue repayment.
• Advise and counsel members on actions and strategies for debt repayment and set up payment plans.
• Analyze borrowers’ financial situations and recommend collateral repossession when needed.
• Maintain accurate files and reports on all collections activity.
• Testify at legal proceedings as required.
• Stay current on collection processes and trends affecting delinquent loans.
