Job summary

Westlake Financial in Las Vegas is seeking an Account Manager II - Collections_Credit_Cards to oversee delinquent accounts, perform skip tracing, and negotiate payment plans to cure balances. You will work toward monthly goals in a high-volume environment.

Candidates should have 3+ years in backend subprime collections, experience in credit card collections, and solid knowledge of FDCPA and state/federal laws. A $1,000 tiered retention bonus is offered, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of backend subprime collections.
• Auto collections experience preferred.
• Willing and able to work a flexible schedule including overtime and weekends.
• Extensive knowledge of state and federal laws applicable to collections, including the FDCPA.

Responsibilities

• Collect accounts that are overdue by three or more payments.
• Bring delinquency down in the set queue.
• Call customers that are past due three payments.
• Skip trace to locate delinquent customers.
• Make arrangements and negotiate to bring accounts current.
• Handle high-volume calls in a fast-paced environment.
