Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Deli Manager to lead a busy deli team, ensure top customer service, and maintain high standards of product quality and safety in a fast-paced store setting.

You will assist in scheduling, training, and supervising staff, while coordinating inventory, production, and merchandising to maximize department performance. A strong focus on teamwork and communication is essential.

Competenze

Be at least 18 years of age with a preferred 2 years supervisory experience and strong knowledge of deli or related food service.
Be dependable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to take and give direction in a team.

Mansioni

Assist the Deli Manager in managing and merchandising the department for maximum productivity and profit.
Responsible for ordering and inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Deli team.
Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning, direction, and teamwork.
Assist in hiring, training, and developing the Deli team.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
