Qualifications

• 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of deli or related food service.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Deli Manager in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality and deli team supervision.
• Lead in coordinating production, merchandising, sales and service to deliver high-quality products and customer experience.
