Qualificações

• 2 years supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Proven leadership to motivate and develop staff
• Food Safety certification required and knowledge of regulations

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Deli Manager in managing and merchandising for productivity and profit
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality and deli team supervision
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning and teamwork
• Lead a team to deliver high-quality product and great customer service
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing the Deli team
• Unload deliveries and maintain deli equipment
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation guidelines across the department
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and supports store operations
