Job summary

The GIANT Company is seeking a Store Manager at our Springfield, PA location to lead deli, carryout, cafe, and cheese operations. You will supervise team members, schedule work, and ensure food safety, quality, and excellent customer service across all departments.

You will oversee daily tasks, inventory, pricing, training, and adherence to safety policies while collaborating with store leadership to support community-focused initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must complete a food safety certification every 5 years, and teach new team members importance.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must meet the company performance standards for the job including but not limited to regular attendance.
• Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule and prepare for duties at shift start.
• Perform markdowns and track loss.
• Prepare deli, carryout, cafe, and cheese tasks; train teammates.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces, tools, equipment, and displays.
• Prepare and stock products in department sales floor cases.
• Plan weekly Circular ad.
