Job summary

• Food safety certification every 5 years required.
• Able to supervise and train team members.
• Able to perform deli/café tasks and operate related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule at shift start and prepare for duties.
• Perform markdowns and track loss.
• Supervise and train team members in deli, carryout, café, and cheese areas.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces, tools, equipment, and display cases.
• Prepare and display foods per SOP and label products.
• Assist customers and manage labels/weights of deli items.
• Plan and organize the grab-and-go case and weekly circular ads.
