Job summary

The GIANT Company in Lititz, PA is seeking a store operations leader to enter orders, schedule work and production, supervise and train team members, receive, store, stock items, check dates, and adjust pricing as needed.

You will manage deli, carryout, café and cheese tasks, help customers, prepare and label foods, maintain sanitation, and ensure safe, efficient daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations
• Must complete a food safety certification every 5 years
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodation
• Must meet company performance standards and use equipment as needed

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule at shift start and prepare with PPE.
• Perform markdowns and track loss.
• Prepare deli, cheese, and other department tasks per SOP.
• Make sandwiches, pizzas, and grab-and-go items; label and package.
• Train and supervise team members and ensure safety and sanitation.
