Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations in order to complete job duties in a satisfactory manner.
• Must complete a food safety certification every 5 years, and teach new team members importance.
• Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must meet the company performance standards for the job including but not limited to regular attendance.
• Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at the start of the shift, check equipment and supplies required, comply with PPE requirements, and prepare for duties.
• Perform markdowns and track loss.
• Manage tasks across deli, carryout, café, and cheese departments and supervise team members.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors and counters.
• Prepare sandwiches, pizzas, labels, and place items into display cases per SOP.
• Assist customers, portion deli goods, weigh and label items.
• Produce items for grab-and-go self-serve case.
• Move and prep chicken, roast as needed, and package accordingly.
