Job summary

The GIANT Company is seeking a store operations professional to enter orders, schedule work, supervise and train team members, and manage stock and pricing in the Mechanicsburg store. This role supports deli, carryout, café, and cheese departments, ensuring freshness, accuracy, and safety across all tasks.

Responsibilities include maintaining sanitation, assisting customers, coordinating with the meat and prepared foods teams, and supporting the weekly circular planning while upholding company

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must complete a food safety certification every 5 years, and teach new team members importance.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must meet the company performance standards for the job including but not limited to regular attendance.
• Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule at the start of the shift and prepare for duties.
• Perform markdowns and track loss.
• Carry out deli, carryout, café, and cheese tasks and operate related equipment.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, equipment, and displays.
• Prepare sandwiches, subs, and wraps and place them into the display case.

Education
