Job summary

Global Partners LP seeks a Food Service Supervisor/Deli Lead to direct all activities in the deli and food service department, supervising personnel to achieve merchandising, sales and guest service goals. The role requires coaching new team members, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with safety standards across the department.

The position involves overseeing recipe adherence, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory while delivering excellent guest service and accurate merchandise

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Vocational or Technical Education High School Diploma or Equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct department personnel, meeting department's goals and objectives, communicating directly with the store management and department supervisors.
• Scheduling all team members.
• Manage guest orders and ensure satisfaction with timely service.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
• Oversee deli/food service item preparation and merchandising.
• Process cash register transactions and verify pricing and weights.
