Global Partners LP is seeking a Food Service Supervisor / Deli Lead to direct all activities in the deli and food service department and its personnel. The role focuses on merchandising, sales, and guest service goals within a Fortune 500 company with a long-standing community focus.

The role requires overseeing scheduling, onboarding, coaching, and ensuring quality food service across breakfast, lunch, and dinner items while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 2 years experience in fresh foods environment, preferably managerial.
• Serv-Safe certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work in cold environments.

Responsabilidades

• Direct department personnel and meet department goals.
• Onboard and coach new team members; schedule staff.
• Provide product information, upsell, and sample items.
• Ensure orders are completed on time to guest satisfaction.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation and proper inventory.
