Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Food Service Supervisor/Deli Lead to direct and coach the deli and food service team, ensuring sales, guest satisfaction and safety standards are met. The role involves scheduling, training, ordering, and maintaining merchandising and product quality across breakfast, lunch, and dinner offerings.

The ideal candidate has 2 years in a fresh foods environment, strong leadership, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2 years prior experience in a fresh foods environment, preferably in managerial role.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Flexibility to work weekend, holiday and/or evening shifts and assist other locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct department personnel, meeting department's goals and objectives.
• On-board, coach and schedule all new team members.
• Take guest orders, ensure orders are completed on time and to the guest's satisfaction.
• Oversee deli/food service items preparation, merchandising and safety compliance.
• Process cash register transactions and maintain accurate pricing and signage.
