Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Food Service Supervisor/ Deli Lead to direct the deli and food service department, manage staff, and drive merchandising, sales and guest service goals.

Responsibilities include hiring and coaching team members, scheduling, ensuring food safety, preparing and serving a wide range of deli items, maintaining inventory, processing transactions, and upholding company standards across all shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• 2 years prior experience in a fresh foods environment, managerial preferred.
• Reliable transportation and an active driver's license.
• Serv-Safe certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Direct department personnel, meet goals, and coordinate with store management.
• Hire, onboard, and coach new team members; schedule staff.
• Oversee deli/food service preparation, merchandising and display.
• Take guest orders, ensure timely fulfillment and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
