Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Fresh Foods Supervisor to direct and supervise all activities of the deli/food service department and its personnel to meet merchandising, sales, and customer service goals. Applicants should have at least 2 years of food service management experience and a genuine passion for food and serving customers.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of food service management experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Serv-Safe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct department personnel and meet goals and objectives.
• Schedule all team members and coach new hires.
• Engage with customers and provide product information and samples.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and compliance with policies.
• Order products and supplies to maintain stock and merchandising standards.
