Global Partners LP seeks a fresh foods supervisor to direct and supervise the deli/food service department and its staff to meet merchandising, sales and customer service goals. Requires 2+ years of food service management experience and a passion for food and helping customers.

Responsibilities include hiring and coaching staff, scheduling, engaging with customers, ensuring safety and sanitation, and maintaining inventories and correct pricing. High school diploma required; Serv-Safe preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Two years prior experience in a fresh foods environment preferably in a management role.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Serv-Safe certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Directing department personnel, meeting department’s goals and objectives, communicating with store management and department supervisors.
• Scheduling all team members.
• Engaging with customers and providing selling suggestions and sampling.
• Overseeing deli/food service preparation and merchandising to meet guidelines.
• Ensuring safety, inventory and paper work is managed accurately.
