Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule and prepare for duties at shift start.
• Perform markdowns and track loss.
• Manage deli, carryout, cafe, and cheese tasks.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces, tools, equipment, and displays.
• Prepare and display sandwiches, pizza, and other items per SOP.
• Assist customers and portion deli items.
• Stock and organize department sales floor cases.
• Record and monitor temperature charts and sanitation logs.
• Assist with weekly circular planning.
