The GIANT Company in Lititz, PA is hiring for a store team member responsible for deli, carryout, cafe, and cheese operations. You will enter orders, schedule work, supervise teammates, receive and stock items, and ensure dates are accurate and pricing is up to SOP.

You will train team members, maintain clean, safe work areas, follow SOPs, and push for loss prevention and efficient service to customers. This role emphasizes teamwork and community impact.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Review work schedule and prepare for duties at shift start.
• Perform markdowns and track loss.
• Manage deli, carryout, cafe, and cheese tasks.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces, tools, equipment, and displays.
• Prepare and display sandwiches, pizza, and other items per SOP.
• Assist customers and portion deli items.
• Stock and organize department sales floor cases.
• Record and monitor temperature charts and sanitation logs.
• Assist with weekly circular planning.
