Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review daily work schedule and prepare for duties at shift start.
• Perform inventory control, merchandising, and loss tracking.
• Lead deli, carryout, café, and cheese operations; train team members.
• Clean and sanitize work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters.
• Prepare and package food items according to SOPs; assist customers.
• Support weekly planning and ensure proper stocking and rotation of products.
