Qualifications

• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements.
• Accreditation as a Food Safety Manager or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Deli Bakery HMS Department in the absence of the Deli Manager.
• Coach associates on productivity and performance.
• Promote Brand Strategy and culture through leadership and engagement.
• Contribute to budgeted financial and operating results.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and proper appearance of the department.
• Ensure proper ordering, receiving, preparation, and display of merchandise.
