Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years retail experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lead a team and manage inventory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Spanish language skills desirable.

Responsibilities

• Order and maintain department inventory with proper markdown procedures.
• Review received orders for amount, quality, count, and weight.
• Lead a team for stocking, production, and related tasks.
• Maintain familiarity with department products and store offerings.
• Know ad items, prices, and special deals for promotions.
• Communicate weekly flight plans and adhere to timelines.
• Assist in scheduling, labor control, and payroll expenses.
• Support manager in staff development and department goals.
• Attend daily huddles and meetings as required.
• Keep department clean, well-stocked, and compliant with safety guidelines.
• Follow PPE, food safety, and cleaning standards.
• May be assigned tasks in other departments as needed.
