Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate (Required) or GED.
• 0-2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day department operations in a retail store.
• Order and maintain inventory, ensure product freshness and quality.
• Review and validate received orders for amount, quality, and weight.
• Manage a team for stocking, production, and tasks to ensure quality and rotation.
• Maintain familiarity with products and store ads, specials, and rewards.
• Support scheduling, labor control, and payroll expenses for the department.
• Participate in daily huddles and meetings; support goals and forecasts.
• Ensure food safety, safety guidelines, and PPE compliance.
