Job summary

Qualifications

• A high school graduate or equivalent preferred
• Ability to lead and manage a team
• Strong understanding of store operations and merchandising techniques preferred
• Effective communication, customer service, and selling skills
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job
• Ability to use technical information to solve problems
• Must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job function
• Accredited by the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals or must attend training to achieve accreditation within 90 days

• Manage the Deli Bakery HMS Department in the absence of the Deli Manager
• Daily management of labor and coaching of associates to meet productivity targets
