Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the Deli Bakery HMS Department in the absence of the Deli Manager and supervise HMS Associates.
• Daily management of labor and coaching of associates to meet productivity expectations.
• Provide leadership to promote a culture aligned with Food Lion brand and strategy.
• Support achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Deliver friendly customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
• Model outstanding service and use department knowledge to meet customer needs.
• Control expenses through proper ordering and care of supplies and equipment.
• Understand and use company tools and reporting systems; maintain ACIS and other controls.
