Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage the Deli Bakery HMS Department in the absence of the Deli Manager.
• Daily management of labor and coaching of associates to achieve productivity.
• Provide leadership to promote a culture reflective of Brand Strategy and Culture.
• Support the achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
