• Provide leadership to promote a culture aligned with Food Lion’s strategy and brand.
• Support achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
• Model friendly service and use product knowledge to meet customer needs.
• Control department expenses through ordering and proper use of supplies.
• Utilize company tools and reports, including ACIS, scheduling, and inventory systems.
• Ensure department appearance, safety, and sanitation standards are maintained.
• Schedule Deli Bakery HMS to provide exceptional service.
