Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the Deli Bakery HMS Department in the absence of the Deli Manager and supervise duties of HMS Associates.
• Daily management of labor and coaching to achieve productivity expectations.
• Provide leadership to promote a culture aligned with Food Lion’s Brand Strategy.
• Support achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
• Ensure department appearance, product quality, and sanitation standards are maintained.
• Ensure scheduling, ordering, and use of tools like ACIS and CBT training are followed.
• Comply with all policies, safety regulations, and company guidelines.
