Qualifications

• Support budgeted financial and operating results.
• Deliver fast, friendly customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
• Monitor shrink and coach associates to prevent losses.
• Maintain department appearance, safety, and sanitation.
• Ensure scheduling supports extraordinary customer service.
• Order, receive, and display merchandise per policies.
