Responsibilities

• Oversee the Deli Bakery HMS department in the absence of the Deli Manager.
• Manage labor and coach associates to meet productivity expectations.
• Provide leadership to promote a culture reflecting the Brand Strategy.
• Support budgeted financial and operating results.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and department appearance, sanitation, and safety.
• Ensure compliance with policies, scheduling, ordering, and safety guidelines.
