• Oversee Deli HMS duties in the absence of the Deli Manager.
• Manage labor and coach associates to meet productivity.
• Provide leadership to uphold brand culture and customer service.
• Support achievement of budgeted financial results.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain store appearance and proper loss prevention.
• Utilize company tools and scheduling systems.
