Food Lion is seeking a Deli Bakery HMS Department Supervisor to support store operations and leadership in Columbia, SC. The role emphasizes coaching associates, achieving productivity targets, and upholding Food Lion’s Brand Strategy and Culture.

You will ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance while maintaining a positive customer experience. The position requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Ability to lead and manage a team.

• Ability to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Use of technical information to solve problems.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job function.
• Accredited by the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals or similar body as a “Certified Food Safety Manager” or achieve accreditation within 90 days.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the Deli Bakery HMS Department in the absence of the Deli Manager.
• Day-to-day labor management and coaching to meet productivity goals.
• Provide leadership and promote a culture aligned with Brand Strategy and Culture.
• Support achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Deliver excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
