Food Lion seeks a Deli Bakery HMS Supervisor in South Carolina to support store operations and meet sales goals. The role focuses on supervising the Deli Bakery HMS Associates, coaching labor, and delivering excellent customer service to create a positive shopping experience.

The candidate will promote a culture aligned with Food Lion's Brand Strategy and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines while maintaining department appearance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lead and manage a team.
• Strong understanding of store operations and merchandising techniques preferred.
• Effective communication, customer service, and selling skills.
• Ability to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements.

Responsabilités

• Manage the Deli Bakery HMS Department in the absence of the Deli Manager, including supervising the performance of all duties and responsibilities of Deli Bakery HMS Associates.
• Daily management of labor and coaching of associates to achieve productivity expectations.
• Provide leadership and motivation within the store to promote a culture reflective of our Brand Strategy and Culture.
• Support the achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Role model outstanding, friendly customer service and use knowledge of department products to meet customer expectations.
