Fresh Thyme Market in Downers Grove, IL seeks a Coordinator to lead daily operations in the department, supervise team members, and ensure excellent customer service. You’ll help with scheduling, training, and maintaining food safety standards, while driving sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Serv Safe Certification or equivalent food safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, staffing, and hiring to meet department needs.
• Promote succession planning and identify development for team members.
• Support disciplinary actions and assist with promotions decisions.
• Achieve department sales, labor and margin goals (P&L).
• Monitor goals, costs, stock loss and pricing accuracy.
• Provide consultation to customers and ensure excellent service.
