Job summary

Fresh Thyme Farmers Market in Indiana seeks a Coordinator to direct day-to-day operations in their department, deliver exceptional customer service, and manage ordering, receiving, stocking, and display of products to maximize profits.

You will lead scheduling and staffing, support promotions and safety standards, train department team members, and ensure accurate pricing and backroom organization in a fast-paced natural foods retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Previous experience in natural foods is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assists in scheduling and staffing to meet department needs.
• Directs day-to-day operations and supervises department team.
• Ensure cleanliness, proper pricing, and product display.
• Maintain food safety and inventory controls.
• Mentor staff, train new hires, and support promotions decisions.
• Meet or exceed sales, labor, and margin goals for the department.
