Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists in scheduling, staffing selection, and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Promotes succession planning by identifying development needs and supporting promotions.
• Supports disciplinary actions and makes recommendations concerning discharge.
• Attains budgeted sales, labor and margin goals for the department.
• Reviews sales goals and stock costs to optimize profitability.
• Models exceptional customer service and handles customer feedback.
• Ensures backroom is neat and organized and maintains cleanliness and safety.
