Job summary

Fresh Thyme Market is looking for a Coordinator team member to plan, direct, and supervise daily department operations in Bloomington. You will manage staffing, scheduling, pricing, merchandising, and customer service to maximize profits while upholding food safety and cleanliness standards.

You will also support training, development, and promotion decisions, ensuring department goals are met and that the team provides exceptional shopper experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Previous experience in a natural foods industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling, staffing, and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Support promotion and development of department staff and promotions.
• Assist with disciplinary actions as needed.
• Meet or exceed sales, labor, and margin plans for the department.
• Ensure accurate pricing and display of products.
• Provide excellent customer service and guidance on products.
